Information on fitting parts listed below:-

All plastic and metal handles have two screw holes top and bottom take out, then gently pull out handle, SEE PHOTO (2), then take off the clip round handle housing and pull out cable sheath, this might be stuck if so use pliers, then put barrel into new handle push the end sheath into the flat part of the handle and fit clip..

ALL CABLE ENDS ARE UNIVERSAL AND WILL SLIDE INTO HANDLE HOUSING

THESE PART NUMBERS ARE FOR EXAMPLES OF OTHER END OF THE JM CABLE PART NUMBERS, THEREFORE NOT COMPLETE ON THERE OWN.

Cables:- The most important is the end fixing on recliner, the plug round or flat fits into the metal framework and the dog leg inner cable end fits into retaining hole or washer type ends fit with a split pin to hold on, thread the cable through hole where handle is, first check the cable fixings are the same, have recliner upside down and footrest out this helps when fitting, connect end before pushing in plug if all fits ok then fit other end to handle and screw back, see photos for illustration, it is always best to fit handle last..

To remover plastic plug as in photo use long nose pliers and push in this will let you pull out the plug this can be the most difficult part,if you are replacing the cable you can cut it off as you will not need it, as all new cables come complete inner and outer ready to Fit..
